Welcome to Cheesecake Fantasy
A near fatal lung disease which I contracted being around sawdust, wood shavings and living in a humid and damp enviroment (my beautiful log home) brought my love of painting floral designs on hand-crafted wood projects to a complete halt! No longer able to paint or work with wood, and having to sell our home, I wondered where my next journey in life would take me, and what would I be doing there.
Our new home, a little smaller but much dryer, is now located in northeastern Pennsylvania, home to the scenic Endless Mountains. The idea to open my own online web store came this past Christmas when I had my first taste of a gourmet cheesecake, Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake with a Chocolate Cookie Crust. WOW! Absolutely yummy! How many different kinds of cheesecake were there, I wondered. My new journey in life was about to begin.
On February 8, 2005 - CheeseCake Fantasy came to be and on March 17th (lucky St. Patty's Day) we sent out our first press release announcing our debut.
By publishing this journal I hope to be able to gain some insight into the wonderful world of website development (any helpful hints will be graciously accepted) and to keep all of you up-to-date on all that is new and exciting at CheeseCake Fantasy.
So... you're all invitied to post a comment, suggest a new flavor cheesecake if you'd like or just read and enjoy.
